Day 02: Pahalgham - Chandanwari - Sheshnag Distance: 16 kms+trek*13 kms Driving Time (App.): 6-7hrs. From Pahalgam (Valley of Shepherds) one has to drive to Chandanwari. Pahalgam is the ideal base for most of the treks. Chandanwari (2896 Mts.) is a small shut off vale, at the intersection of Sheshnag stream and the stream for Astanmarg.
