No doubt, the Picasso Museum is a commemoration of Pablo Picasso's contribution to art. Additionally, it also features works of Matisse, Cezanne and Degas whose selected works belong to Picasso's personal collection.

The Museum showcases the largest single collection of Picasso's artworks spanning his entire career. There are over 3500 separate pieces of art at the museum including paintings, drawings, sculptures, ceramic works and engravings. All of Picasso's important stages and themes are represented at the museum including cubism, surrealism, sacrifice and war.

Opening time of the said museum is based on the season. It is open to the public from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM during the months October to March. In April to September, it is working until 6 PM to cater to more visitors.

During holidays like Christmas and New Year, this museum takes off from serving the public. It also shuts its gates during Tuesdays.

The cost of an ordinary ticket to the Museum will cost you 7.70 . If you're under 26 you are eligible for a reduced price ticket which costs 5.70 . Under 18's get in free like at most other museums in Paris, though you may be asked to produce ID. Entrance to the museum is free on the first Sunday of every month.
