There are stair climbing hand trucks that make moving heavy objects up and down stairs a breeze. If you are going to be moving drums then a drum dolly or drum cart would fit your needs.
3. Where is the truck going to be used? If you are using the cart in a warehouse situation then a normal hand cart with normal wheels should suit the job just fine. If your not in a warehouse and might be moving items outside then you are going to need a hand cart with bigger tires to make things much easier on uneven ground.
