Jim has a dilemma
Jim has a dilemma. He runs a small warehouse where he moves a ton of inventory day in and day out. He is constantly loading trucks and unloading trucks. It is a never ending process but it is his job. A colleague suggested that he get a new hand cart to help him with his daily efforts. Jim thought this was a great idea but he only had one problem. When his new hand cart arrived he instantly put it to use. He found that his work became easier. With just a push of a button the handle extended and he folded down the nose plate and the wheels automatically moved into working position. He liked it and more importantly his back liked it. He was able to more than double his work efficiency. He was working smarter not harder, something his dad often told him to do. He now had more free time to focus on expanding his growing business.
