Some of the major reasons of Cerebral palsy are:
Misuse of vacuums, forceps and other instruments that can result in brain hemorrhage in the new born
Using in-appropriate and Improper birthing techniques
Umbilical cord problems
Failure in performing C-section delivery
Some major infection in the baby or mother
Use of excessive external force during delivery
Premature Birth

One of the major causes of Cerebral Palsy is medical negligence and in such circumstances a Cerebral Palsy Lawsuit is something that lets the justice prevail. Viewing the emotional trauma that caregivers or parents sustains during this whole period it is important to seek for the compensatory, punitive and exemplary damages that the negligence causes to the victim. However, medicine and pharmaceutical giants invest a huge amount of money in defending themselves from plaintiff; hence it is important for victims to seek the services of an efficient and equipped medical injury lawyer or particularly cerebral palsy attorney who can present their case in a more convincing manner.
