Orlando is the one holiday that lots of us save up for to enjoy once just once. There is the belief that because of the price it may be the only time we get to go there. Whether that turns out to be true or not, it is easy to see why Orlando in Florida is so popular. It has lots of destinations on the map that will appeal to a lot of us. Disney World is one of the most popular of the lot, with four theme parks and two water parks for you and the family to enjoy. You will need a certain amount of luck and a good travel plan to see an actual launch, but even if you miss one you will still have a lot to see. You can experience a simulated shuttle launch with the whole family and see how many real life astronauts you remember from the Astronaut Hall of Fame. The Rocket Garden will be quite unlike any other garden you have seen before and the kids can get to grips with the Childrens Play Dome as well. You can see that it isnt just the number of attractions you have to look forward to when you book a trip to Orlando its the scale of them as well. Take the Universal Studios experience. Once again this isnt just a single theme park. There are two of them and youve got the Wet 'n' Wild water park as well. There is no chance of getting up one morning and wondering what you can do for the day. There is so much to choose from and so many places to visit that a holiday in Orlando really is the trip of a lifetime. The great thing is that there are lots of places you can stay with the family as well. You could stay in Disney World if you like, or alternatively why not try the Universal Studios hotels that are available? No matter where you stay in Orlando there are plenty of venues, attractions and delights waiting for you around the nearest corner. In fact you might want to do some research before you go in order to make up a shortlist of the best places to see.
