Becoming a mom has made me look at all my bills to see how I can save money
. Having a child to care for is expensive and I want to give him everything. But, at the same time, I don"t want to give anything up! So, I started with examining my house bills and the first question that came to my mind was "Why Are You Spending All That Money on Your Cable Bill?"
I couldn"t believe that my cable bill cost me over $120.00 per month! I have my phone, internet and cable bundles and I never took the time to go through my bill. Well, once I did I seen how much money I was throwing away and was determined to try and save some of it for my son.I was paying $50.00 just for my package, another $26.00 for my theme pack (I must have SunTV as I love the television show supernatural) $10.00 for my digital receiver and a whopping $40.00 for my digital receiver. This is $126.00 per month that I was spending. No way, was I going to allow this to continue.
Smartly, I made the switch to satellite on my pc. I paid a one time fee and have never paid again. I get all the same channels and even hooked up my laptop to my fancy television set so I get the same quality. It was a no brainer for me. On this bill alone, I now save $126.00 per month.
