Travel To Spain Tips - Guided Tours In English

Travel To Spain Tips - Guided Tours In English

Traveling to Spain may be difficult for some if they don't speak the language that

is why it is best to learn a little bit about the place that is set for a visit and to go over the sites and destinations that one should never miss when traveling.

Going to Madrid for instance will not be difficult because it is a highly developed city and its people cater to all types of travelers. There are sites that should never be missed, restaurants that should be experienced as well as museums that house one of the greatest collections of art work of the world.

If you want to experience the city of Madrid and you can't understand Spanish, fear not. They do offer English Guided tours which a lot of tourists take advantage of. You can travel around Madrid on a bicycle and just be part of the group who will see and experience the sites closely. There are the viewings of the changing of the royal guards at the palace as well as going to the museums which can also be seen for free if the time and day is right.

Restaurants in Madrid cater the simplest of tastes to the most outrageous ones. However, as they say, when in Spain, eat as the Spanish do. The restaurants of course will serve American food if need be and there are a lot of fast food chains there. But if you are in Spain, why eat American? For one thing they can be expensive there and you will be missing out on the great flavors or Spain.

Going around Madrid need not be done on buses or taxis; you don't even need to walk from one end to the next. Ask the guide where the metro is and if you have time on your own, reach the unreachable of Madrid using the Metro which everyone uses. It is cheap and it can take you places that no ordinary tourist destination site will include.

If you are scared to go on your own, then stick to the Guided Tours and you will never go wrong. But make sure to make prior arrangements with the guides because there may not be room left for you. They are very busy guides and they can only accommodate so many. Ask the hotel to book a reservation for you and make sure that you are there at least 15 minutes before departure time. As a lot use these to go around, your being late may cause you to lose your spot and you would have to wait another time to go.
