Located in the Dartmoor National Park, near the Okement River, this castle was once the largest castle in Devon. All that remains of the castle are the ruins, but you can enjoy the picturesque view of the place. You can also use the picnic benches located at the castle for a nice picnic lunch. The castle is open daily April to September from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. There is a small admission charge to visit the castle.
