This could be viewed as a mistake by the coca cola beverages but the positive thing was that the company realized that people love the taste of classic coca cola and they do not need to bring any change. This step by coca cola beverages was taken against their fear and which taught them a lesson for not making mistakes in future. This shows that to be successful one need to think out of his fear.
Same is the case with automobile companies every year they introduce new models of cars. If they keep on fearing and do not launch the product they will be unable to get the markets acceptance of their product. However, if they launch it they get the positive reps of people about their product. If the model of car is accepted by the market they look up to the things which made their product successful whereas if the model fails in the market they look up to the flaws and improve those in their next models. Fear will never let you proceed further. Its not that you should not fear from any thing in the business but it means to take in consideration and work on your fear to make it productive and take positive results out of it.

If you can conquer your fear you will go towards success, and if the fear conquers you, you will be left behind in the race of success. One can conquer his fear by adopting all the latest techniques, planning perfectly, looking towards opportunity and have a support group of family and friends. Remember that there is a deep relationship between fear and business success. Fear could bring positive as well as negative results. People and businesses that can handle and conquer their fears get through it, whereas those who get depressed stay behind and are unable to achieve their goals.
