Chocolate-Covered Unicorn Horns
Melt 8 to 10 milk chocolate squares and dip the wide end of a sugar cone in the chocolate. Dip the cone in a dish of candy sprinkles next. Mix whipped cream with diced fresh strawberries. Place a scoop onto a sugar cookie. Place another sugar cookie on top of the mixture. Place in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours until frozen.
Lily Pad Cookies
Mix green food coloring into a tub of white frosting. Frost the top of a sugar cookie and sprinkle with green sugar. Place a candy flower and a gummy frog on top of each decorated cookie.
Pizza Cookie
Roll out chocolate cookie dough on a round pizza pan. Top with mini-marshmallows, chocolate chips and candy-coated chocolates. Bake. Then slice like a pizza when partially cooled.

Spread milk chocolate frosting on one graham cracker and marshmallow cream on another cracker. Press the crackers together with the gooey sides together.
Red, White and Blue Parfait
Make a box of strawberry gelatin and a box of blueberry gelatin. Allow the gelatin to sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes so it is just starting to harden. Fill a clear dessert glass a third of the way with strawberry gelatin, a third of the way with whipped cream and a third of the way with strawberry gelatin. Let it set up in the refrigerator; then top with whipped cream and a fresh sliced strawberry.
