Easy Brochure Printing Ideas for the Holidays

Share: . However, let me tell you the easiest and cheapest ways of printing today. In my time, there are three ways that I have found the easiest and cheapest to do. 1. Printing at home If you have little funding for professional brochure printing, the best thing to do is to print your color brochures at home. Do not worry since this is quite easy to do. If you have a printer at your home, a computer, a word processor and maybe some nice paper you should be all set. Below are a few suggested steps you can follow. A. Home brochure design Here's how you design your brochure using a simple word processor like Microsoft Word or OpenOffice Writer. I. First, just write down all your content into the computer word processor. Make sure you everything is edited and proofread. II. Then, change the page orientation to landscape in the page properties options of your document. This will make your document look like a brochure in terms of dimensions. III. Afterward, select all your text and then format them into three columns. You should find this command at the format menu of most word processors. Format your text to three columns to make your home tri-fold brochure take shape. IV. Finally, adjust the text and add in any images that you would like to include in your design. Just use the insert image feature on the word processor. Once done, just do a few layout changes to make sure everything fits right and you are more or less done. V. Note: Make sure that you do two pages, one for the front panels of the tri fold brochure and one for the back. B. Home brochure printing Now, to print, you just use your brochure paper and load it up in your printer. Print first the front design page and make as many copies as you want. Once printed, reverse the orientation of the pages and load them up again unto the printer so that the printer will print on the backside of your first printings. Afterward, print the other page unto their backs. Make sure the orientation and alignment is right so that there will not be any trouble. It might take time to get it right, but once you have the procedure thought out, you should be able to print at home with no trouble at all. 2. Printing online If you have some money though, you can try sending your designs to an online brochure printing service. Just look for one over the Internet and then send them your designs. Pay them the appropriate amount with the appropriate options and you will get outputs that are printed professionally. In a few days, the printer should deliver them to you with little problem for you for the most part. 3. Refurbishing your past brochures Finally, if you have a few leftovers from last year, you can use them to save some money in brochure printing. Just collect your old brochures and just update the design by placing stickers with content that you need to update their information. Stickers are cheap to print and you can easily stick them to the old ones quite easily. It might not be ideal but at least it is cheap and you will get to use your old materials again for something useful. Therefore, those are the printing ideas you can use for an easy time this holiday season. Try them out when the time is right. Good Luck! Learn about the developments in
