If unsure it is best to order lean protein dishes which are grilled and to opt for a salad instead of bread.
When selecting food and drink it would be advisable to always read the nutrient panel on the package. Try and keep sugar to the minimum and when having snacks try and keep carbohydrates to 15 grams and the total fat content to less than 5 grams.
You should exercise each day for between 45 to 60 minutes. Try doing high intensity exercise such as running at least three times a week. Running is a great exercise as it works the entire body hence encourages further weight loss. If you dont want to go to the gym you can always hire or buy a treadmill which enables you to exercise in the privacy of your own home. You should also engage in weight training three times a week which aids in toning the body and promotes weight loss.
