. Bharti which is an Indian business organization dealing with telecom, agriculture and retail business and AXA which is a leading wealth management financial protection plan group. The company started operation in India from the year 2006 spreading over 12 cities with its headquarters in Mumbai. Bharti enjoys 74 percent of equity in the joint venture while the AXA has 26 percent stake in the company which mainly deals with life insurance policies and pension plan programs for individuals as well as groups.Primarily four insurance plans are available which are pensions, ULIP insurance, term insurance, and money back insurance. The ULIP insurance plan provides protection tool with an option of investment and the policy holders are given an option to choose from debt, bond, equity etc. the clients are also offered partial withdrawal options by the insurance company. The term insurance is the cheapest life insurance product providing protection tools against the uncertainties of life and is a pure risk cover plan without survival benefit.
