1. Renowned service provider: Dont get moved by the talks of marketing executives. Their job is to sell their product. Research yourself on internet and choose a service provider which is renowned. For example if you are planning to buy an IT training course then you may choose Microsoft course, if you are planning to buy an accounting course then you may opt for asage eLearning course

and do likewise for other courses. You course pursuit will not be much fruitful if the service provider is not so renowned.

2. Good Layout: The layout of the online course plays a very critical role in the effectiveness of the course pursuit. The better the layout would be the effective the course would be. A course with a poor layout wont turn out to be very effective as you wont enjoy learning. However if the course layout is interactive and interesting you would enjoy learning and thereby you would be able to spend long hours, studying online. Thus the entire course pursuit would turn out to be very effective. Be cautious about the course layout while buying a course. Dont lead yourself towards disappointment, ask the course providers for demo of the course. At times it happens that the course consists of nothing but Youtube embedded videos. Be cautious and save yourself from such a disappointment.

3. Recognition of the certification: What would be the use of the online training if after the pursuit of the course no employer recognizes the certificate earned by you? Make sure that the online course you buy rewards you with a well recognized certification at the completion of the course or at successfully passing the relevant exam, which so ever is applicable. This is why you should buy an online training from a brand. Go for sage certification courses, Microsoft certification courses, Oracle courses, Adobe Certification courses etc.

4. Course syllabus: Make sure that the course you buy has a comprehensive syllabus. And also make sure that each topic is provided for ample amount of time. The course syllabus should indeed be of great concern when you buy an online course.
