Bangalore Aquarium and Cubbon Park; at the entrance of the park there is an octagonal-shaped building which houses the Bangalore Aquarium where one see the exceptional colors of the aquatic life. The park is situated at Gandhi Nagar on the Kasturba Gandhi Road. The credit of being the founder of the park goes to Sir Mark Cubbon the then Viceroy of India in 1864. Lal Bagh Botanical Garden :Once the emperor of Mysore Mr. Hyder Ali was the man who laid down the foundation of the Lal Bagh Garden in way back min 18th century later it was completed and celebrated by his son Mr Tipu Sultan.

Government Museum: One of the oldest museums in India the Government Museum in Bangalore is

located at the Kasturba Gandhi Road not far from the Sir Cubbon Park. The main building designed by Mr. Col. Sankey and was constructed in the year 1876. The museum has eighteen galleries in total.
