Before you go to market make a list of all that you will like to buy, then check the money with you. Cross out the things that are very important and arrange the rest according to a scale of preferences. After reviewing your list according to the money you have at hand, you are ready to go. Go to market with a list and stick to the list.

5. Sell things you no longer use: Most are getting rich on eBay selling things that they no longer use. Your old stuff, things you no longer use or hose you don't use often can fetch you a lot of money. Come on go through your stuff, check the basement, the storerooms, clean out all the rooms. Everything there has value so don't disregard any, take them to the marketplace.
