Our Cherry Blossom Events and Adventures in Washington D.C Attending the Cherry Blossom Festival this year was an events I had been looking forward to for months. My husband and I had never been to Washington, D.C. before so not only were excited about seeing the cherry blossoms, we wanted to see so much more as well. We planned to stay in DC for five nights. Several people had warned us that the blossoms were not going to be in full blooms due to the cold weather in Washington, but they were absolutely breathtaking. It was an incredible adventures.
