Hey there, My experience at the All Nippon Airways LAX Terminal was good. The ANA staff made sure everything went without a hitch, and it wasn't too busy. I recently traveled from Santo Domingo to the U.S. on an early morning flight. The Southwest Airlines SDQ Terminal provided a smooth and efficient experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was greeted by polite and bilingual staff who helped me navigate the check-in process quickly. Despite the busy morning crowd, the line moved steadily, and I was through security in no time. The terminal itself was clean, well-lit, and easy to navigate, with directional signage in both Spanish and English. Once past security, I had time to grab a snack from a nearby café and relax at my gate. Boarding was handled professionally and followed the standard group boarding system. Staff made regular announcements and were available to assist passengers with questions. Even first-time travelers looked at ease with the support offered. I especially appreciated the presence of charging stations and clean restrooms near the gates. The entire experience was far more comfortable than I expected from a budget airline terminal. I wouldn’t hesitate to fly again from this terminal, knowing that efficiency, courtesy, and passenger comfort are taken seriously here.more
