Finally after a prolonged waiting period, Verizon has announced two exclusive mobile phones, Motorola Droid Pro and Motorola Droid 2. Verizon has announced officially the starting of pre-sales of Motorola Droid Pro. According to Verizon, the product will be made available in stores on November 18th.Motorola Droid Pro is Android driven smartphone having a QWERTY keypad. It possess a 1GHz processor along with a 5-megapixel camera to take crisp pictures with this smartphone. It runs Android 2.2 Froyo and has WiFi b/g/n.The price decided for Motorola Droid Pro is $179.99 after $100 mail-in rebate wich now include a two-year customer agreement.Coming to Motorola Droid 2 Global, it is a new version of Droid 2 which is designed at Global level. It is powered by Android 2.2 Froyo. Presence of 1.2 GHz processor makes it different from Droid 2 as Global version is much faster with this processor. The hand set is a slide out QWERTY keypad model. This smartphone is designed to support 3G facilities on it. It posess a 3.7-inch 854 x 480 pixel touchscreen display and a 5 Mega Pixel camera to make it interesting for users. You will also find 3G hotspot support, and many other attractive features with it. And as the name suggest, it supports Global 3G HSDPA/HSUPA networks as well.The price decided for Motorola Droid 2 Global is $199.99.Motorola has performed pretty well so far in case of smartphones.
