Using Social Events to Reward your Clients and Build your Business

Some of you may have heard the term WOW FACTORS

, so what are they?

They are things that you do as an extra service, the things that make you extra special. We not just talking about a point of difference (POD) It maybe something as little as holding your clients towel or water bottle or something like giving them an award like a trophy or certificate or even something as big as attending their sporting event , going shopping with them or giving them an embroided towel.

With Christmas right around the corner how do you intend to reward your clients for their hard earned results and at the end of the day put food on your table?

A Christmas card, an email, a gift certificate a present?

How about throwing a party that they will remember forever in which they will bring friends to and then talk about and brag about to their friends for every Christmas to come?

Several weeks ago I was speaking to my brother (who does around 80 sessions each week) and my partner (who does around 50 sessions each week) about how great a results some of our clients have achieved this year and the fact that some clients have spent as much as $7000 this year on PT, that is huge and we were thinking how awesome it would be if we can repay them so we came up with a great idea.

Lets join forces and throw a party they will never forget...

Imagine the possibilities you can invite all your active clients your previous clients for this year and tell everyone they can bring up to 2 friends. Think of how many prospects you will have on the night, it is a great way to network and get new clients to set up your next year. We have over 100 active clients between us, over 50 previous clients and they can each bring one or two friends that is around 300 people (100 each) which will give us at least 50 prospects each for the night. You will have past clients going on about how much they miss you, partners raving on about your services attempting to have them book in with you and client friends galore asking questions.

Now yes this is a fun evening full of laughs, drinks and food but it is still for business and networking and an opportunity to FILL UP YOUR DIARY. So take you PDA or diary and book as many people as you can in a friendly way and it wouldnt surprise me if you book anywhere from 10 20 people in for a free induction.

What a great opportunity...

Here is what we have organized:

Hired a vip upstairs room at a hotel with our own bar, dance floor and balcony

Organized 300 balloons, disco ball and other decorations

Arranged for plenty of food platters to come out on a regular basis

Put $1000 bar tab on for clients only

Hired a digital karaoke machine with 2 microphones

All this together has cost only $600 each which is a small investment considering how much they have invested in us and remember it is a fun night for you and your clients to let your hair down so show them you can have fun, eat some bad food drink some alcohol and make it a night to remember forever,

Remember to take a camera and post them on Facebook.
