Time Management; Because You Never Get It Back

6 most important tasks

6 most important tasks

Hi there, My name is Rich Author of Joining Forces: 5 Steps to strengthening your relationships whilst pursuing your dreams!

Today we are going to look at Time Management, what this means, and how we can best use our time each day.

What is Time Management?

Each person here on earth has been entrusted with 24 hours per day. There is nothing we can do to give ourselves more or less time, and we can do anything to make the time go by any faster or slower. The only thing we can change is what we do with this time: if we use our time wisely or if we waste it. One thing we can be sure of is that we will never get our spent time back! So we might as well use it the best we can!

This does not mean that we have to work every hour, of every day, and it does not even mean that we have to work really, really hard. What is more important is to know how to work smart and how to use the time that we do have wisely.

The most Powerful lesson

There are many great books and studies on how to manage our time and we could spend a huge amount of time talking about all these different ideas.

However; I know that your time is important to you and is of great value, so I am just going to share with you the one thing that has helped me the most over the years!

This is one of the most powerful lessons I have ever learned! It will help you overcome the panics, stop you wasting your time, and will engage the power of your subconscious mind on your every day tasks!

6 Most Important Tasks

Have you ever had those times when you felt like screaming..

I have so many things to do I dont know where to start!

or sat at your desk or kitchen table thinking

I dont know what I should be doing today!

There is an answer, and it is so simple, yet so powerful at increasing productivity!

The answer is to every night, or at the end of your working day, take a piece of paper and write Things to do tomorrow and number from 1 to 6. Then write down the six most important things to do tomorrow.

Don't Panic!

When you start this habit, you may have tens of tasks to list. As it says in the hitch Hikers Guild To The Galaxy, Don't Panic! The shops are not going to run out of paper yet! Just take a pad or a few sheets of paper and write down all the tasks you have. Then pick the six most important ones for tomorrow and list them on your Things to do tomorrow sheet.

It is useful to review you diary at the same time to see what appointments need to be kept or prepared for and what is coming up over the next few weeks, better to prepare early even if it is only by letting you mind have time to think it over.

This is one of the most useful lessons I have ever learnt and I use it every day! Give it a go, try it out, and see how it goes. I am sure if used correctly it will be great at helping you get those important jobs and actions completed.

I hope this will help you as much as it has helped me. To read more of my articles on how to become successful and to stay successful during this difficult climate then please follow this link www.richrailton.info
