The Number 1 Ingredient in the Recipe for a Successful Business! Delete Topic|Reply to Topic

If you are reading this then you are like me and operate a personal training business

and constantly looking for new ways to build and expand your business.

After operating a PT business for 10 years, attending 100s of seminars and courses and reading 100s of books on success, successful people and successful business including Robert kiyosaki, Tony Robbins, Brian Tracy, Steven Covey, Michael Gerber, Warren Buffet, Richard Branson, Donald Trump and many more I like the above people have found the number 1 secret in having and growing a successful business and guess what as personal trainers we use this strategy as our most powerful tool to give our clients amazing and consistent results so why dont we consistently use this strategy ourselves?

Let me ask you a question... If you already had your idea and were to start a business what would be the first thing most of the above names would recommend you need to do first?

Market your idea? Find a team? They would suggest you need to have a business plan a strategic step by step plan to achieve your business goals to give you clarity and direction for attaining your outcome including: Marketing, legalities, finances, team, systems and more.

But as you read this how many people have a business plan yet still dont have a successful business?

So what then? You hire specialists in their field in sales, marketing, law, accounting and a coach or mentor not just because they specialize in their field but because they keep you ACCOUNTABLE to stick to your plan and achieve all your business goals.

As personal trainers we understand the power of accountability when someone comes to you and says I want to lose 30kgs do you write them a program and say here you go good luck? Heck no we sit them down write them a specific plan monitor their progress and keep them ACCOUNTABLE by seeing them on a regular basis to guarantee results right...

I find it fascinating that we understand the power of accountability yet dont fully harness its power ourselves...

Who is keeping you accountable and giving you a kick in the butt when you need it?
