Share: Splinter Cell: Conviction like the other Splinter Cell games is basically a stealth action game in which the protagonist is Sam Fisher who is a National Security Agency operative. Sam Fisher does not appear directly in the multi player mode but there are two operatives of which one is from Fishers agency and the other is from the Russian Agency. They engage in black operations work that creates the story that Fisher follows in his main campaign. Splinter Cell: Conviction has five modes for the multiplayer option of which four are different from the main mode of campaign. There is the main mode which is the Prologue mode. There are four more other modes like the Hunter mode, Infiltration mode, Last Stand mode and the Face Off mode. The Hunter mode is for one or two players where they have to go in and kill everybody that they find. In the Infiltration mode which is a completely stealth mode, where one to two people can play. In this mode, the moment you are spotted by the opponent, you lose the game. The Last Stand mode is a basic survival mode in which one to two players compete.The main objective in this game mode is to safeguard a warhead present in that level which a group of AIs are planning to set it off. In the Face Off mode, there is no Co-Op but the two players are pitted against each other.The two players also have to combat and deal with a whole lot of hostile AIs present in the particular level. There are several things in this game which make it special and unique. The complex concepts present in the game prevent it from being a monotonous one man show. To succeed in each level youll need back up and help from your team mate as it is impossible to clear a level on your own. There is also this feature which lets the enemy take your partner as hostage in a choke hold. This gives the opportunity to take crucial decisions in a very brief period of time. In spite of the games extremely well structured framework and amazing graphics there are still a few aspects which will need a little bit of improvement. The sonar goggles which are incorporated into the game seem to be like night vision goggles. It is not a very great feature as it turns everything grey. This game is also not all that good if you have to play it with people who fail to communicate properly. This game involves a lot of coordination in order to make the attack and assassinations successful. If you unfortunately are playing with a person who does not let you in about the plan, youll find yourself quite lost and helpless.About the Author:
