Life is strange.To be able to listen to our heart, to be able to live a happy life, to be successful in our home business, we must be committed to loving ourselves.
How can We be successful if we do not love ourselves first?
Ideally, the holidays are a time for sharing of love with friends and family, parties, sharing gifts and making New Year Resolutions.

It is safe to say that most adults today have been raised to believe that self-love is conceited and arrogant. But that is far from the truth.
Self-love is about having a healthy respect for one-self and accepting yourself unconditionally. It is about nurturing your mind, body and soul in order to be, do and have what you desire.
Love yourself, for if you dont, how can you expect anybody else to love you?
When we do not truly love ourselves with all of our current qualities and flaws, and if we lack acceptance towards any part of the self, it becomes difficult to really accelerate our success in that specific area.
The reason being that at some subconscious level, issues of worthiness, issues of guilt and fear, issues of deserving the health, wealth, love and happiness will come up and becomes an unknowing block for us.
What keeps so many of us stuck in painful, hurtful, sad scenes where happiness is merely a passing dream?
We all want to be loved and to feel love. We need to eliminate the blocks to Self-Love and deepen our self-love, improve our self-esteem, to succeed in business.

If each human being in the world could fully understand that we all are interdependent and responsible for one another, it would save the world
Thus in family owned business the sequence goes like 1. the Interdependence, 2. the Truth, 3. Love, 4. Self Respect leading towards success in business.
Self love and self respect go hand in hand as its the same as with love, if you dont respect yourself, its difficult to respect others. In family business we need to be Interpersonally competent people who realize the worth of every single human being and treat everyone with the respect they are due just because they are human.

We have to work at it, if required, improve on our qualities, and accept ourselves totally as we are.
A two step process towards self love is
1. All the negative judgment against ourselves needs to be scraped and believe me this will be the most terrifying thing in the process to accept oneself
2. Avoiding to judge ourselves through the lens of other people can help build up self image and honor our existence completely.
We can fill the life with Magic of Self Love and the abundance will show up as, Self Love acts on the Law of Attraction. It will attract all good things of life to us thriving our lives and businesses alike.
SELF ACCEPTANCE AND SELF LOVE
Ruminating about Self is Introspection. Looking deeper inside us and reflecting on our actions is the best way to improve our Self Esteem and Start Loving Ourselves.
Our inner critic is the internal voice of negative judgmental self talk. It is the nagging feeling, the inner voice that makes us critical of ourselves and others.
When we are at Family Business we need to be less judgmental and critical so that we can achieve Harmonious atmosphere leading us towards better business.
If we stop to march to the drummer of others wants and needs, we can be less critical of ourselves and can learn to be less critical of others when they do not conform to what we want or expect.
The loud voice of the inner critic speaks in judgment of ourselves and other people, trying to castigate.
At times our inner critic leave us with feelings of self doubt, and at other time it allows us to feel negative and critical of others.
Obviously when we listen to our inner critic, we listen to negativity that separates us from our best self and from others too.
Self Love and Acceptance go together building our best personal and professional selves.
True Self Love teaches us to accept ourselves and our perspective towards others is that of collaborators on our path of personal learning.
Naturally Love is a path which brings us closer to the seed of creation and to a place where we can grow, learn and to share joy with others.
Thus let us silence all self criticism and negativity, concentrating on values of humanity leading the road map to personal and professional success.
Let us take some time today (the last day of 2009) to stomp out the voice of our inner critic and free ourselves from self imposed negativity and judgment.
