And since this hole punch is from Swingline, you can be confident that this unit is high-quality despite its low price.
The Swingline ProFile hole punch offers a new and innovative way to punch your documents. This unit has four punching heads which makes it capable of punching both letter- and legal-sized paper. The ProFile can punch up to 20 sheets of 8.5" x 11" paper, and when it's used with legal-sized paper, it can handle up to five sheets. The ProFile punches four holes in legal-sized paper (as opposed to the typical three punched into letter-sized paper), so you can easily fold up the pages to store them in a three-ring binder alongside your regular-sized items.
