All the agent has to do is sell and there income is uncapped.
Now this is all good in theory but you must also know some real estate agents, you have a mixture of the people who seem too effortlessly make it and those who don't. Real estate is the most popular example of somebody trying too make large incomes in a way similar too what I have described above. Not everybody does make it doing that unfortunately, not everyone is a sales person. Some people like myself just hate selling, and not very good at it. Some of us just aren't people people.
