Well, it is that time again, the next latest and greatest "Game Changer" Network Marketing Business, One24, is off and running, is One24 a scam or the real deal, let us take a look.

There has been a lot of buzz about this company because of a few things, the management team with Mark Seyforth of Herbalife fame is at the helm. Mark is a legend in the industry and has a great reputation for taking a company to market and having it GO BIG.

Of course 124 has a product, Natraburst. As far as products go, this is not some super killer proprietary product made with some underwater super algae or a fruit the only grows in dark cave in the Himalayan Mountains, no, it is a product that puts some good stuff together and is good for you.

Lastly, a compensation plan that actually has a strategy, Very simply put One24 seems to be an opportunity that is trying solve the main problem that exist in the network marketing industry, keep attrition to a minimum.

The way One24 is approaching the problem is through a new compensation plan known as an "IRP" or Incentivized Referral Plan. It is really a linear compensation plan, one of the income centers is almost like a profit sharing plan so it behooves you to stay a member and continually recruit because everyone who joins this company is part of everyone else's downline, essentially if someone has a higher membership number than yours, you are making money on them somehow.

Another one of the interesting aspects of 124 is the way you are actually recruited, you have to get on a waiting list and you only have to recruit one person a month, it is a pretty interesting concept; you could say it is almost like playing a game the way the whole company works.

Now in reality, is this whole linear comp plan really going to work? Only time will tell, after all 124 is venturing into uncharted waters but if people can make the type of income ($100K a month in 24 months), then the lucky few that venture to get in now will make a killing. If the IRP is only good in theory, then One24 will be just another twisted heap in the junk yard of failed MLM's.

In my opinion, for the price this is a risk worth taking, even if you are already in another network marketing company, 124 makes sense, because there is no buy in, all you do is get the $60 auto-ship on the Natrburst product and you are off to the races. You get all the marketing, a website with no monthly fees. It looks like they are really trying to take care of their members.

One 24 is also not promoting its opportunity as a "Get Rich Quick", they have no problem letting you

know that your first commission may be as little as $1.50. But with the way the company comp plan

works, it looks like the penny doubled theory. Take 1 penny and double it for 30 days and you end up with $5.3 million.

The company says all you have to do is get people to the website and the presentations will do the rest of the work, again this is yet to be proven, but a lot of people are seeing success with this simple method, so who knows!! I mean the training video is only 3 minutes, whats up with that!!! But again, it seems to be working, the company is seeing some impressive growth.

Well in my humble opinion, One 24 is not a scam; it looks like a genuine attempt at something new and revolutionary. I believe that if this Linear Compensation Plan is a success, it will be the end of the binary compensation plans that seem to be the norm these days. Let us hope it works, it will make our network marketing lives easier and put a lot more money in our pockets.
