When building any business we must evaluate the motives behind our actions. Money is never the answer to any business but is the end result. We should focus are attention to the processes in which makes us successful instead of money. I'm not saying the end results are not important because with any business we must track our successes. When people strive to become rich most generally the fail because they lacked the focus on what is important (Strategic Planning). Planning is a very important part of any business because without that plan you are wondering around in the wilderness.
There have been studies completed on people regarding their motivation in choosing a career. Most people who pick professions solely to become wealth seldom become rich. People who chose a profession that they enjoy tend to become wealthier. Why do you think they become rich? Those people who focus on what they love become millionaires, but there is always exception to the rules.
True leaders of the online marketing or internet marketing truly due enjoy what they do. They have found their "why in life" and are using to their advantage. The internet is filled with several get rich quick schemes but do not offer any real value. How do you spot those real leaders and sift through the trash that plaques the internet? True leaders will not have to tell you about how much money they make or show one paycheck after another. The true leaders to follow are those who show you the way they make their money. The process in which their business is run and how the day to day work is accomplished. They will tell you the truth up front about how they accomplish the end result, which will take steady focus. The willingness to work hard and putting together an action plan every day will lead you to accomplish your goals. When you see those values in a business and their willingness to help you achieve your own goals, because they know if you do not succeed they do not succeed.
When I started looking for a business to align myself with took several months to find. I searched for a business that had an excellent platform (website, landing Pages) to work from. The business would have an excellent training program which included access to members who where successful. This part is very important because speaking to people who have become leaders give you a definite advantage. Learning from some one that has made the mistakes and perfected a process can give you a great starting point. This will allow you to rule out what works and does not work, but you will still need to find your own path. Most important part of a business is do they have a product that is worth selling. When gauging a product is easy, just ask yourself "would you sell this product to your mother?" If no move on but if you would then move to the next step. The final step is do they offer a good commission plan because if you can not leverage your income to expenses then the business is not worth working.
I found my business that works for me and I continually strive to perfect my strategic action plan on a daily basis. I will continue to focus on how to increase the productivity of my business and learn the necessary skills to become very successful. I am in a constant state of growth and learning to achieve my goals. Most of all I enjoy my business and celebrate achieving my goals no matter how small they are. I continue to enjoy helping others reach their goals because if they are not successful then I am not successful in life.
