Poverty is tormenting. According to Mike Murdock in his book "The Law of Recognition" he said "Poverty is a thief, it steals much more than your finances, it steals your dream, it steals your sense of worth, it steals your significant, and it steals your ability to bless those around you". You must fight it with a passion, with a will. Government can not help you, nobody can help you and only one person can help you and that person is YOU.
You must admit that only you can help yourself and the only way to help yourself is to start now. A journey of a thousand miles begins with a step they say. I do disagree, it must not necessary start with a step, that its, physical step, it could start from the mind- the thinking, the plans, the will, the vision to embarks on such journey. Making money is like a thousand miles journey, which must not start with a physical but with invisible steps. You must decide to make money, must decide to fight poverty, and must decide to strive hard. You must desire never to return to poverty, it is a will, it is a passion, it is a thing of the mind, it is what you can do.
After the inner battle comes the physical- the physical steps they talk about. Many people keep looking for job and refuse to leave the comfort of their room in going to search for one. Half of many success in life is by starting either internal or physically. A lot of people promise themselves at the beginning of this month that they would start saving some money everyday, month, and year but they never did. They only succeed in comforting themselves that next year or next month is another day or time. This is wrong; the step has not been taken.
Now, I really want us to look at this wonderful thing we enjoy today, they are the hand work of people who never relented, who never hesitated, they took a step, starting from the inner to the physical. The world is where it is today because people started something good and we are all enjoying it. Do you really want to make money in life, it is a personal question, it is a thing of the mind, it really needs reflection, a reflection of what your life should have been- the mistakes, the corrections, the urge, the will and the ability. These are what would determine you taking the inner step. You need to take that step;
- you need to start that savings
- you need to start that building
- you need to start that investment
- you need to start paying for that office now
- you need to start that production now
- you need to start that job now
- You need to (you know what you need to do)
Now let's look at those obstacles that can stop you from making that money now, the obstacles that can either pull you from nobody to somebody- from tenant to landlord, from poor to rich, from poor to a millionaire. Let get started:
Discover yourself- The only person that can say NO to poverty in your life is yourself. You must always discover that the race from poverty is your choice. You start from yourself. The only way to help others is to help yourself or have you heard of a beggar giving to the needed? So look at yourself and say to yourself "I can", "I will" that's the beginning.
The Money Factor- Money is important. Money is a deciding factor, but don't let it hinder you, don't let be an obstacles, so start small and put it at the back of your mind that it is good to start small. Remember must businesses start small. When you look at the world, you would discover that a tree never sprout out in a day. Or take yourself as an example: The day you were born you walked, is it not? You must discover life does work that way. Like my friend will always say "not starting small is likened to a man with a small Nokia phone with torchlight in it and the Power provider interrupt Power supply and the man refused to do anything but wait; what do you think?
Start now- To start making money now, you have to start now. Don't say I would start tomorrow, don't allow it to continue to become a dream- a dream remains a dream- "for he that wait for a perfect condition will never get anything done". For there is nothing like a perfect condition, most successful people started when the condition was not perfect. The fear factor? Yes! The fear would be there, but it would only stop when you start. When you start moving forward and things becomes a little easier, the fear would start reducing until they disappear.
So start making that money now. It might initial be in hundreds, but I can assure you if you don't look back, thousands will come and before you know it millions will follow
