Like many people, I've always had problems with my weight and like most people I bought every weight loss and exercise program that has ever come out. The biggest problem is the dedication it takes in both eating the proper food, which we all know has to be done because you'll never lose weight eating high fat junk food, no matter how much you exercise. And then there's they exercise part. If anyone believes there's a secret pill that can help you lose weight or if you eat all the right things you'll lose as much weight as you want than there fooling themselves. There are 2 parts that have to bean, First eating right and second exercise.

The eating right part can come overtime as you slowly replace god food with the junk you're use to eating. You can even cheat once in a while, but don't tell anyone, and you can still follow a good eating regiment. In fact I think it's possible to change certain things in your diet and add exercise and you'll lose weight. This way you don't have to torture your whole family by completely changing their eating habits.

But the exercise part is a whole different animal. You can also start out with a little and increases it as you go to make it more effective. The problem is when you get to a certain point , lets assay you started with 10 minutes, twice a week and now you've built up a half hour 3 times a week. Of course you'll benefit because of the increased time and religion of exercise.

But now your metabolism is at a certain point. If you decrease the amount of or the number of times you do it a week for any reason, your metabolism will change again and the exercise won't be as effective as it once was. So now if your diet is not following a program exactly, your results will be much less noticeable. If don't return the exercise routine you built up to the only way to get rid of weight would be to change your diet. If you're already on a strict diet and you change your exercise routine some, it won't have a big affect your weight loss. If you're not on that strict diet and you alter your exer4cise routine, it will have a greater effect on your weight loss.

Both a stick diet and exercise will create the most weight loss in the shortest time but is very demanding on both your time and your schedule. Moderate diet combined with moderate exercise will help you lose weight but it may take a longer time. But it's also easier to stay on that kind doff plan or program. You can always increase the exercise part for better effects.
