Can working out and exercising really save your life? That's what one local Greenville NC business owner says happened to him. "My doctor told me I was living on borrowed time," said the local business owner who credits a regimen of working out and exercising with helping him get back into shape.

While having a balanced diet helps, many experts argue that it's often easier for people to lose weight and get into better shape simply by focusing on getting more exercise.
