Joel Broughton has been in the network marketing industry since 1999. He joined Amway in September of 1999 during their online launch and branding of Quixtar. Excited by the opportunity, but still very new to sales and marketing, Joel struggled with this new endeavour.
Over the next few years, Joel Broughton found himself joining new network marketing companies and also purchasing make money at home programs through local newspaper classifieds. Many people share this same experience when trying to find their way in a home based business; but most don't continue once they run into failure after failure.
Instead Joel Broughton decided to take all of the experiences as a good quality home business education and in 2003 finally achieved success with Melaleuca the wellness company.
Attributing his success to both the strength of leadership and product offering from the company, as well as his own personal determination, Joel finally reached every home based entrepreneurs dream of earning more money in his part time business than he was in his full time job.
It was in 2004, that Joel Broughton transitioned to a full time network marketing career and has working in the industry ever since. Joel has worked with several different companies since 2004, all of which have proven successful for him.
With each passing year, Joel discovered that success in network marketing relied less on the company and product offering and more on his skills as a marketer, salesman, trainer, and leader.
In 2005, Joel Broughton and a business partner developed a website and online marketing system called Pay It Forward 4 Profits. This small website launch in 2005 quickly grew into an online movement in the network marketing industry and Pay It Forward 4 Profits soon became a household name to over 250,000 members.
Pay It Forward 4 Profits grew successfully until the breakup of Joel and his business partner in 2008, however since then Joel has successfully rebranded the concept and launched a new website and funded sponsoring marketing system called New Rich Report.
In just over a year from the launching the
New Rich Report, Joel has grown this marketing system to a membership of over 60,000 members and it continues to grow to date. This free membership site offers a great opportunity for associates new to the industry, in any company, to take part in training and mentoring at no cost to them.
At the writing of this article Joel Broughton has finally found his place in the industry with a company called Immunotec Research. This company offers wellness products and is now starting to expand their offering internationally, which allows for a greater opportunity for their distribution network.
With a large international distribution network growing in Joel's business, plans to continue expanding worldwide are in place to create a successful network of business owners for years to come. Joel actively recruits and trains new people to join in their mission to bring both health and wealth to thousands of families on the planet.
