* The PB31SP is 19 inches wide and 12 inches deep. It is large enough to bind letter-sized documents but not so big it will take up too much room. It weighs about 24 pounds, so it's not too heavy either.
* This device has a very unique D-shaped handle which is great because it means it can be used by everybody no matter if they are right- or left-handed.
