Very Simply...I was needing more money, but I didn't want to work more hours, so I decided to develop a second income and so far, there is no turning back! Each of us can do whatever we make up our minds to do! Pure and simple!
Success is all a matter of setting some goals for yourself and learning to be more aggressive in the way you live your life! YOU can do anything that you make up your mind to do! That's what I did!
Let's say you need to make more money, well, then you can either work more hours at your job or business, or you can get a second job, and who wants to do that? OR you can develop another income through some sort of a business of your own!
I did mine in three easy steps:
#1: I knew there had to be a way that people could pay me for my goods or services, so I decided to take a FREE PayPal account which is so awesome, you cannot imagine!
This is good whether you build your own website, place ads on a place such as Craig's List, or even if you get a pre-made website. You might decide to sell on ebay, or a place that is more specific in their offerings, such as the arts and crafts website Etsy.com...whatever you choose, chances are that you will be glad that you have the PayPal account!
#2: After studying and reading articles on ArticlesBase.com I realized that I wanted to sell merchandise, and also that I wanted to deal with a drop ship company...soI found a really good one that works in conjunction with a computer/website/hosting company that is fabulous!
Together These Two Companies were able to provide me with what I needed to get started with my own home based business of having my own website, and although it wasn't a lot of money, I used part of my income tax refund...and it was money well spent!
#3: Then I chose a domain name and had them obtain it and register it for me, for the first year, and I chose www.iNeedaGiftForSomeone.com which I thought was a nice, catchy name!
We have thousands of awesome gift items, and I have been adding items from other sources on a daily basis, which is a lot of work, but it is fun work! I am also writing a daily blog, which is work, but...again, it is fun work! Sitting home in your bathrobe, drinking tea, and listening to upbeat music, beats the hell out of any job that's out there!
Now, I am fully aware that I won't make enough to live on in the first few months, and that's fine, but I am enjoying investing my own time, into my own future!
I am writing and posting articles, for the purposes of article marketing, at places such as ArticlesBase.com, which was the very place where I did my initial research on this whole work-from-home project! I made a goal for myself and I stuck with it!
I would say that you have to set goals, and then work towards them, and you have to avoid any negativity that may arise. I have a friend who is rather negative, and she told me that I could not do this, so I have to avoid her for a while, because I don't want her negativity seeping into my life, at least not right now!
So, if YOU want to make money online, or obtain anything else out of your life, you have to set some goals and then work towards them if you want to improve your life! It is as simple as putting one foot in front of the other!
