By doing this, you can also easily reach your goal. Well-planned business meeting will be more effective than throwing a question and asking for feedback without any significant resolution.

Decide the topic. When you are conducting a meeting, you have to have a topic to discuss and solve. You don't have to make a broad topic since it can scatter the attention of your participants. With a specific topic, the participants are able to focus on the topic discussed. In addition, you will be able to discuss it thoroughly so that you can come to the right answer.

Allot the time of your meeting. Too long meeting can make your participants exhausted. Therefore, you have to allot the time accordingly to discuss the topic. In addition, allot certain period of time for those who understand the topic so that there will be no one who talk uselessly just talking something they don't understand. It means that everyone will speak accordingly to the department they handle.

In addition, while you are allotting the time for your meeting, try to identify certain issue. Classify it from the most important to the less important. Discuss the most important issue in the first session while the participants are still fresh.
