Home Business Entrepreneur Success - 7 Steps To Take
Step 1 - Meditate
Meditate each day for at least 20 minutes. Start at 5 minutes. Work your way up.
Meditation helps you become aware of negative emotions blocking your success.
All the hoping, wishing, "maybe-ing", all that must go, and be replaced by believing and knowing.
How to release the low energy emotions? Meditate. You begin to observe what's really going on in your mind.
Instead of acting on the hoping and wishing, you release these emotions and replace with knowing, believing, which brings quick success.
Find a quiet spot. Sit still. Focus on your breathing. Follow the in breath and out breath.
If your attention wanes simply move your focus firmly but gently back to your breathing.
Watch all the emotions, thoughts, sensations, come and go.
Step 2 - Release
