1) Take a good look at where you are right now, you need to be clear about present. If you don't know where you are you will not be able to get to where you want to go.
2) Make change an option, brainstorm come up with as many options as possible
3) Make activities more important than results, you want to be sure that you are making progress not striving for perfection
4) Focus only on results, without that end goal in mind (your target) you will be easily distracted.
5) You must walk the talk, demonstrate commitment to your results to family, business associates and yourself.
