Release Date: November 5, 2010
After the smashing success of the first two Golmaal' series, director Rohit Shetty is back with a threequel. Golmaal 3' is the follow-up of the 2008 super-hit Golmaal Returns' featuring most of the original cast with some new added flavors. The new faces to join the Golmaal gang are Kunal Khemu, Mithun Chakraborty, Johnny Lever and Prem Chopra. The gang has a new reason to create buzz - the never-been-seen-before actors in their new avatars. The movie is produced by Dhilin Mehta, under the banner of Shri Ashtavinayak Cine Visions. The peppy-dancing numbers have been composed by none other than the famous musician Pritam Chakraborty, while the lyrics have been written by Kumar. Golmaal 3' is slated to release on 5th November, 2010.
The story is all about two bevies of kinfolks living together as a family. This quirky unique family is considered to be nature's exclusive masterpiece - a family that eats together, prays together, lives together, but still cannot stand each other. The family takes the audience through an exceptional voyage filled with unlimited excitement, eternal love and romance, and of course, lunatic madness. Perfectly blending the ingredients of every emotion, Golmaal 3' is set to win your hearts with triple fun, magic and laughter. Ajay Devgn as Gopal is still the same young and energetic buzz cat, but with a more macho and grungy look this time. The same is for the froggy-eyed Arshad Warsi (Madhav) and the great Gunga Tusshar Kapoor (Lucky).
The trailers are already making buzz all around with expectations of crossing the previous two initial sequels. Since this is the first time Bollywood has attempted towards making a trilogy, the eclectic and powerful star cast is hoping to create waves and sizzles on the big screen this time as well. What to watch out for? The vivacious and tomboyish Kareena Kapoor, the roadside tapoori Tusshar Kapoor, the unrivalled, thrilling Ajay Devgn sporting a cropped look and a neck tattoo, the first-ever in Bollywood. Join the rib-tickling journey of the Golmaal gang when Golmaal 3' releases on 5th November, 2010 and see whether it creates a sizzling spark this Diwali or not!
