Discover Little Known Methods For Mailing Postcards To Potential Sellers
USPS Postcard Tips
USPS Postcard Tips
There are three different postcards. One of them is called USPS.com. That is specifically formatted for the USPS.com site. It should fit very nicely within their formatting. If you were to take that and upload it, it should fit with the edges being just right. I spent a lot of time on this card to make sure that it fits and doesn't get cut off.
If you try to add too much text or if the text is too large, what can happen is on the edges it can get cut off. It's important on your headline that if you try to put in too much text and your headline is right up against the edge, and they cut part of your headline off, it could be that maybe only half of the letter printed when you print out your cards. Be careful to make sure there's a little cushion - probably about inch around the entire postcard.
You can go through my cards. They have different headlines. This particular headline is "How to sell your house as-is for a fair price on the date of your choice . . ." You can use that. It goes through and delivers a message and then a call to action.
Out of State Postcards
I have another card that is my out of state card. You can use this card too for out of state or out of town owners. It basically asks them if they are interested in considering a sale of their property. If they're having some problems I'd be happy to talk to them about how to sell their property to me in 14 days or less with no commissions or fees. It provides a free report that they can have.
Large Postcard for Expired Listings
The next card is a large card. This is for expired listings. This would be something you would get from a realtor - homes that have been on the MLS and could not sell and the listings expired. It's a great list.
You would send out this card with a headline. The pre-headline reads "Attention home sellers." Then the headline reads, "Amazing new free report reveals how you can have a sold house in just 14 days. No commission and no fees." That's the headline and then it goes into the message. It also has a headline for the front of the card that you can use. All three of these cards are there for you guys to use.
