Where in centuries, the way of living for people is just to plant fruits and vegetables, or hunt animals for them to have food to eat? When people on that time were not yet equipped with knowledge and still hunger for it?In ancient times, we assumed that call center service has its own form. One type of this is barter, it is a kind of trading goods or services in exchanged for the certain amount of other goods or services. It is between either the two complete strangers that meet on their way and negotiate about the product they were having and dealt to trade with no money involve but the products they were having.
Call Center Services nowadays are divided into two common types, Inbound and outbound. In Inbound, call center agents received calls from clients who need to acquire information or to report some problems they were dealing with. While in outbound, agents set a call to their prospective customer to sell a certain products or services.
In barter, I believed that both inbound and outbound were worked together, people interact and communicate on their prospect customer. They are trying hard to develop good relationships with clients, promoting and selling their products verbally, and in return interested buyer will check their stuffs, see its quality, bargained, and dealt with the other products and services in exchange.
The difference between them are barter is selling and trading its products and services in person along the way, while call center services are advertising and promoting with high technology way via email, phone or using computer.
