. One of the biggest shortfalls that OCS operators face is getting a handle on branding their company. Most operators believe that branding stops with their logo not true! Its true that the first impression that a company and its employees make is essential. However, branding spreads through your company like red wine spilled on a white rug; it is much more than just a name or logo!One of the problems for OCS providers is the capital it takes to reinvest in the new equipment; this is the exact reason so many OCS companies fail to see the value in offering this equipment. When they do make this investment, they will have to raise prices.

It is pretty simple; having owned a dozen food and beverage operations, quick service and white table clothe restaurants and nightclubs and supper clubs in my career, I know that making a reinvestment in my facility every year is smart business, I also know that IT IS A COMPLETE RIGHT OFF! I think is is pretty clear that smart OCS companies spend money and those who do not are less successful. Smart operators brands are recognized and penny pitchers have not brand, just bad reputations and very slow growth.
