The Financial Helpline has become an annual program launched by United Way of Westchester and Putnam, an organization that aims to provide financial guidance to people in the area. Through the 2-1-1 Helpline, callers are provided with necessary and timely guidance about White Plains foreclosures. Telephone callers are also guided in finding a list of foreclosed homes for sale in the city.

Through the helpline, United Way and the government of Westchester County gather numerous financial experts to provide guidance on White Plains foreclosures and assessment of each available list of foreclosed homes for sale in the area.
