This would inform passers-by that you are serving alcoholic beverages.
Since your lighted bar signs basically announces to the world that your bar is already open for business, you would now need to ensure that your products and services are priced correctly. It should not be too high that you would find your customers going to your competitor and it should not be too low as to kill all your competition.
