Roger Waters of Pink Floyd celebrates thirty years of leaving the album The Wall by a world tour. Aged 66, bassist and main songwriter of the famous British group believes that The Wall, which was broken when it came out with ancient musical, has nothing lost its sharpness.

"When we wash published was the end of the war in Vietnam, today we are in the heart of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. There is a large anti-war message in The Wall. There when to its release, it still exists today, "Waters told that plans to honor all the fallen soldiers during his show.

The musician, like Waters character, lost his father during the war, said that this episode in his life had been a great influence on the project.

Drawing a parallel with the recent conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan, Roger Waters said he had "an enormous empathy for those who lost their loved ones, particularly in those two conflicts.

The music and lyrics of the new tour will be faithful to the former, but "it's the interpretation that will be different," he said.

Roger Waters has said he worked on videos and images to be projected on a wall placed on the stage and serve as a giant screen. Special effects and giant puppets are also planned.
