Blackberry Vs Nokia-myluxphone

Blackberry and Nokia both of the companies have earned a reputation as mobile phone manufacturers in the mobile phone industry. BlackBerry 8900 and Nokia E72 are the truly smartphones basically meant for business people brought out by these companies.

BlackBerry Curve 8900 works on BlackBerry operating system with 512 MHz processor while Nokia E72 works on Symbian 9.3 operating system with series S60 3.2 edition software and ARM 11 600 MHz processor. QWERTY keyboard is the common feature carried by these widgets.

The Blackberry 8900 Curve's 3.2 Mega pixel camera is endowed with auto focus, geo tagging facility, image stabilization attribute and an LED Flash for a perfect shot. The BlackBerry 9000 Bold with its 2 Mega pixel camera is imperceptible before the 8900's camera. It is equipped with an LED flash. Its image quality is lower when compared to the Curve's camera. The cameras of both phones have video recording capability. If we talk about camera, the 3.2 megapixel camera of Blackberry Curve 8900 cannot beat the 5 MP camera of Nokia E72 that is supported by lots of imaging and video functions.

Blackberry has designed its phone with 2.4 inches TFT LCD screen that can display 65k colours with 480 x 360 Pixels resolution. It measures 109 x 60 x 13.5 mm and weighs 110 grams. On the contrary, Nokia has designed its device with the same 2.4 inches TFT screen but the screen resolution is 320 x 240 Pixels and it offers 16 Million colours. It carries 128 grams and casing measures 114 x 58 x 10 mm.

Blackberry has manufactured its device with 256 MB memory and Nokia with 250 MB storage and 128 MB RAM. And additionally, both phones can increase up to 16 GB memory.

SMS, MMS, and Instant Messaging are common messaging options of both widgets but apart from these, the former one allows Wireless Email and the latter one allows Email with Attachment.

For connectivity and data transmission, both of the widgets are packed with WLAN Wi-Fi, USB, Bluetooth, HSCSD, GPRS, and EDGE technologies but in addition, Nokia E72 comes with 3G HSDPA, HSUPA as well.

Web browsing is possible by using HTML browser via both of the gadgets but on Nokia E72 you can also use XHTML and Nokia

MPEG4, DivX, XviD, H263, WMV video files and MP3, AAC, AAC+, WMA audio files can be played on BlackBerry Curve 8900 but it doesn't have FM radio. On the other hand, MP, WMA, WAV, RA, AAC, M4A music files and WMV/RV/MP4/3GP video files are able to be played on Nokia E72. Furthermore, it also furnished with Stereo FM radio with RDS; Visual radio and Voice Commands.
