The spy and action intrigue is just not exciting enough. The violence is toonish, the dialogues, save for Bette Midler's over-the-top impersonation of Kitty Galore, is quite mediocre and the F/x though better than the prequel, is not strong enough to make it memorable. The jokes are also not funny enough. This is a movie that could be a strain even for the kids the franchise was originallyaimed at!
