Cloud computing is the result of improving the remote access systems. Due to the scalability and accessibility of cloud computing, Hewlett-Packard India uses the same system to improve systems in the healthcare, retail and education.

HPs main target is Indias SMB because this segment uses the most volumes of servers and storage systems. This segment estimates about 50-60% of the over-all market in India and contributes the most sales in HP.

The infrastructures are designed to meet each customers expectations and as well as meet customers objective. Companies who have been using this system said that apart from accessing their files and software in just a few clicks, they are glad to have other features added onto the system such as firewall, lad balancers, LAMP servers and many other services.
