subject: Do You Have Bad Debt? [print this page]

You have a bunch of debt? Me, tooYou have a bunch of debt? Me, too. What a small world. Or, we're both Americans - probably the more likely choice. This is because many Americans have been trained to charge their accounts to the limit. We are constantly sold that we can be happier if we will just charge.

It's crazy in America to think that having debt has become commonplace. It's not rare to see someone with $10, 00 in credit card debt, and not have a problem with it. It's like we've become accustomed to living with that debt hanging over us and it doesn't bother us anymore. That's ridiculous!

These things, such as spending plans and budgets, can help you come back from the brink of bankruptcy permanently. Let's say you get an offer for a charge card in the mail - immediately rip it up and burn it. This will prevent you from being tempted any more than you already are.

For those of you with an abnormal amount of credit card debt (over $10,000), don't lose hope! The Stimulus package does cover you! It can help assist you in alleviating your credit card debt removal.

3.) Remember to make a budget every month. This is one to include for anyone's finances. If you don't have a budget, make one today - trust me. It'll help your finances more than you could ever imagine. It can help to structure your income so you can see where your money is going. That makes it feel better; to see where you money is being spent. This way you can be more in control of where your finances are going. It is important to make sure that you do this so you can track your money.
