With the state of our economy being so dismal right now, more and more businesses are looking for ways to get customers coming through their doors. This totally capsized the entire process of which the main goal was to obtain repeat customers and generate residual income for all parties involved.

This brings us to the question of 'how do we fix this and make it work the way it was designed to?". The only solution is to have a Travel Club that has as much invested inthe customer service aspect of the business that the marketers and the businesses purchasing these packages do. The only way to do this is for the travel agency to be in-house and have a vested interest in the entire process. That's how we can assure superb customer service that goes above and beyond everyone's expectations.
